Open iPhone Settings → your Apple Account → Subscriptions → PulseDeals and choose cancel before the next renewal. Apple manages billing and refunds.
Open PulseDeals → You → Account → Restore purchases. The app asks Apple to verify the current subscription and then links the verified transaction to your PulseDeals account.
Open You → Account → Delete account and confirm. PulseDeals deletes the server account and associated alert, session, entitlement, Discord-link, and operational records, removes the PulseDeals Discord access role, then removes local account state. This does not cancel an Apple subscription; cancel that separately in Apple Account settings.
Open You → PulseDeals on Discord and choose Link Discord. Approve the Discord permissions to join or reconnect your account to the PulseDeals server. If you are already a server member, the same flow recognizes that membership. Choose Disconnect later to remove the PulseDeals access role and stored link; your Discord account is not deleted.
Check your connection, confirm your Apple subscription is active, and try Pulses → refresh. Keepa and Amazon data can be delayed or unavailable briefly.
Include the app version, iOS version, and marketplace when contacting info@runs-it.com. Never send your Apple Account password, payment card details, or a Keepa key.
